ABSTRACT Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)‐related disease (RD) is a systemic fibroinflammatory condition characterized by infiltration of IgG4‐positive plasma cells (PCs). Gastrointestinal involvement may present as submucosal tumor–like lesions and poses diagnostic challenges.

ABSTRACT We report the case of a 52‐year old man who was referred to our institution after a routine health check identified an asymptomatic gastric polyp. The medical history of the patient included reflux esophagitis, for which he had been treated with vonoprazan 10 mg daily for 6 years after initially receiving proton pump inhibitors.

ABSTRACT Hepatoid tumors are rare neoplasms that arise outside the liver but exhibit morphological and immunophenotypic features resembling hepatocellular carcinoma. Although hepatoid differentiation sometimes occurs in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, its occurrence in solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) is exceedingly rare.

ABSTRACT Mixed neuroendocrine‐non‐neuroendocrine neoplasm (MiNEN) is a rare, highly malignant tumor comprising both neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) and non‐neuroendocrine neoplasm (non‐NEN) components. MiNEN arising at the esophagogastric junction (EGJ) is uncommon, and pretreatment identification of both components remains challenging.
