A highly sensitive electrochemical immunosensor is developed using chromone indole‐pyrazole cobalt nanoparticles on a platinum electrode for the detection of insulin antibodies. The immunosensor shows excellent selectivity, low detection limit (0.34 ng mL−1), and strong recovery in serum, enabling precise monitoring of type 1 diabetes biomarkers.

2-(4-Arylbuta-1,3-dien- or 1-en-3-yn-1-yl)chromones as synthons for the synthesis of other nitrogen and oxygen heterocyclic compounds [PDF]
It is well known the great biological relevance of oxygen and nitrogen heterocycles. Herein, the reactivity of 2-(4-aryl-1,3-dien- and 1-en-3-yn-1-yl)chromones are explored in order to establish new synthetic routes towards the preparation of new ...

Novel 2-amino-isoflavones exhibit aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist or antagonist activity in a species/cell-specific context [PDF]
The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) mediates the induction of a variety of xenobiotic metabolism genes. Activation of the AhR occurs through binding to a group of structurally diverse compounds, most notably dioxins, which are exogenous ligands ...
