Thermoinduced Free-Radical C-H Acyloxylation of Tertiary Enaminones: Catalyst-Free Synthesis of Acyloxyl Chromones and Enaminones.

Organic Letters, 2018
In this paper, the direct acyloxylation of the α-C(sp2)-H bond in tertiary β-enaminones is accomplished under catalyst-free conditions and ambient temperature by using aroyl peroxides as coupling partners. By means of a thermoinduced free-radical pathway,

A Facile Enantioselective Alkynylation of Chromones.

Angewandte Chemie, 2019
The first catalytic enantioselective alkynylation of chromones is reported. In this process, chromones are silylated to form silyloxybenzopyrylium ions that lead to silyl enol ethers after Cu-catalyzed alkyne addition using StackPhos as a ligand.

On-Water Cp*Ir(III)-Catalyzed C-H Functionalization for the Synthesis of Chromones through Annulation of Salicylaldehydes with Diazo-Ketones.

Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2019
A high-valent Ir(III)-catalyzed C-H bond functionalization is carried out for the first time on water for the synthesis of a biologically relevant chromone moiety.

Chromones from Dictyoloma incanescens

Phytochemistry, 1987
Abstract Extraction of Dictyoloma incanescens bark gave 6-(3-methyl-but-2-enyl) allopteroxylin and 6-(3-methylbut-2-enyl) allopeteroxylin methyl ether, the structures of which were established by chemical transformations and spectroscopic means.

Natürlich vorkommende Chromone

1954
