Attenuation of arsenic trioxide‐induced endothelial injury: unveiling the protective role of ginkgolic acid through inhibition of TRPM4 SUMOylation: Evidence from Raman cellular imaging

Inhibiting the SUMOylation modification of TRPM4 can prevent the vascular endothelial damage caused by ATO. Inhibition of TRPM4 SUMOylation, either pharmacologically by GA or genetically by the K618R mutation, protects against ATO‐induced vascular endothelial damage.

Abstract A cat that presents orange and black colours (tortoiseshell), or all three colours (calico), is expected to be female since orange and black are colours related to the X chromosome, and white to the autosomal chromosomes. This study reported the case of an entire male calico cat.
