MeCP2 lactylation protects against ischemic stroke by reducing brain infarct volume and improving neurological outcomes. Lactylation at K210/K249 exerts neuroprotective effects by repressing the transcription of apoptosis‐associated genes, including Pdcd4 and Pla2g6. HDAC3 and p300 serve as key regulatory enzymes for MeCP2 lactylation following stroke.

Enhancer eccANKRD28‐manipulated MM cells have been demonstrated to facilitate drug resistance and promote MM progression by activating the key transcription factor, POU2F2. MP3 tumor cells, a specific subpopulation of tumor cells in D‐TGCT, regulated the differentiation of CD34+ Fbs into MMP3+ Fbs and APOE+ Fbs through COL6A3 − (ITGAV + ITGB8) interaction. APOE+ Fbs activated IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs through the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis. IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs and MMP3+ Fbs participated in the local invasion of D‐TGCT.

The Hypoxia‐Associated High‐Risk Cell Subpopulation Distinctly Enhances the Progression of Glioma
This study suggests the potential roles of a novel hypoxia‐associated CDC20+KIF20A+PTTG1+ cell subpopulation in glioma progression. This high‐risk glioma cell subpopulation is therapeutically vulnerable to glioma progression and may play important roles in glioma standard‐of‐care therapeutic resistance.

BIP‐seq is developed, a cost‐effective pipeline for high‐throughput protein–protein interaction (PPI) identification using yeast two‐hybrid system. BIP‐seq successfully map over 15 000 high‐confidence rice PPIs (≈62.5% could be verified by BiFC) within 2 months.
