The Fortunes of Genomic Medicine: A Quarter Century of Promise
ABSTRACT Background The culmination of the Human Genome Project in the early 2000s came wreathed in promises of a revolution in medicine and healthcare. The ensuing quarter century has seen remarkable growth in genomic medicine, as well as notable shifts in the promissory rhetoric that accompanies it.

SCF and TSLP expression are known to drive unique immune responses leading to the onset of allergic and inflammatory diseases. Here, we describe the characterization of a novel bsAb, CDX‐622, that targets SCF and TSLP. CDX‐622 inhibits MC functions through SCF starvation and Type 2 inflammatory responses via TSLP inhibition.

Abstract Background Imatinib and dasatinib are tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) increasingly used to treat several diseases in both children and adults at fertile age. We have previously shown that imatinib has adverse effects on developing testis, and imatinib‐treated male patients have been reported to have reduced sperm counts.

Abstract Background and objectives Epididymal transit renders key competence to mammalian spermatozoa for fertilizing eggs. Generally, the two paralogs of glycogen synthase kinase 3, GSK3α and GSK3β, functionally overlap except in testis and sperm. We showed that GSK3α is essential for epididymal sperm maturation and fertilization.

Prevalence of Asymptomatic Premalignant Oesophageal Lesions in Patients With Fanconi Anaemia
Clinically relevant endoscopic findings in asymptomatic Fanconi Anemia patients. ABSTRACT Fanconi anaemia (FA), a rare genetic disorder of DNA repair, predisposes to squamous cell carcinomas of head, neck and oesophagus. We assessed the value of screening esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) in 20 asymptomatic adults (median age 23.5, 65% female) with FA ...
