[Chronic prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome].

Some of these cases may result in a chronic infection requiring long-term antibiotic courses. However, chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is much more frequent, and as such, it it is frequently underdiagnosed and maltreated.
