We report a case of chronic sclerosing sialadenitis in the sublingual gland.A 34-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for an indolent mass in the sublingual region. No salivary stone nor foreign matter were found. The histpathological diagnosis was chronic sclerosing sialadenitis.
