Variations of Boundary Surface in Chua’s Circuit [PDF]

open access: yesRadioengineering, 2015
The paper compares the boundary surfaces with help of cross-sections in three projection planes, for the four changes of Chua’s circuit parameters. It is known that due to changing the parameters, the Chua’s circuit can be characterized in addition to a ...

Synchronization of Analog Neuron Circuits With Digital Memristive Synapses: An Hybrid Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
An hybrid circuit mimicking neural units coupled using memristive synapses is introduced. The analog neurons provide flexibility and robustness, and the digital memristive coupling guarantees the full reconfigurability of the interconnection. The onset of a synchronized spiking behavior in two circuits mimicking the Izhikevich neuron is discussed from ...

Experimental observations of EMI effects in autonomous Chua's chaotic circuit

open access: yes, 2007
This paper deals with the experimentally investigation of EMI effects in autonomous Chua's chaotic circuit. We realized this experimental investigation by constructing an experimental setup subject to a Chua's circuit and applying a 530 MHz/100-200 mV ...

Zero-Hopf bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation for smooth Chua’s system

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
Based on the fact that Chua’s system is a classic model system of electronic circuits, we first present modified Chua’s system with a smooth nonlinearity, described by a cubic polynomial in this paper. Then, we explore the distribution of the equilibrium

SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.

Experimental study of CFOA-based inductorless Chua's circuit

open access: yes, 2004
The current feedback op amps (CFOAs), with some significant advantages over the conventional op amps, have been used instead of voltage op amps (VOAs) in new implementations of Chua's circuit.

Dynamics of a Hybrid Circuit System With Lossless Transmission Line

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this paper, a hybrid circuit system composed of a Chua's circuit with lossless transmission line and a RC oscillating circuit is considered. First, the equations describing the hybrid circuit system are reduced to a set of hybrid equations made up of ...

On the Role of Preprocessing and Memristor Dynamics in Reservoir Computing for Image Classification

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Reservoir computing (RC) is an emerging recurrent neural network architecture that has attracted growing attention for its low training cost and modest hardware requirements. Memristor‐based circuits are particularly promising for RC, as their intrinsic dynamics can reduce network size and parameter overhead in tasks such as time‐series ...

Pulse chaotic generator based a classical Chua’s circuit

open access: yesInformatyka, Automatyka, Pomiary w Gospodarce i Ochronie Środowiska
This article presents circuit realization of the pulse chaotic generator that can be used in digital modern telecommunication systems for masking and decrypt of the information. This generator based a classical Chua’s circuit.
