Regional Organisation and Sex‐Related Differences in Trigeminal Nerve DTI Metrics in Healthy Young Adults

DTI of 300 healthy young adults shows a marked fractional anisotropy gradient along the trigeminal nerve, peaking at the root entry zone and decreasing towards Meckel's cave. These normative, sex‐stratified metrics help distinguish physiological variability from potential microstructural abnormalities.
