Large ciliary body melanoma. [PDF]
A 58-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of painless blurred vision in the right eye. There was no antecedent history of trauma, flashes and floaters. Best-corrected visual acuity was 20/200 in the right eye and 20/30 in the left eye.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
