Constructing High‐Performance Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells Using Chiral Organic Molecules

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a strategy for passivating defects at perovskite interfaces using chiral molecules. A comparison between the chiral R‐, S‐, and rac‐MBACl molecules reveals that S‐MBACl exhibits the strongest chelating ability and defect passivation effect on the perovskite surface. Finally, PSCs based on S‐MBACl modification achieve a PCE of 24.07%.

A Self‐Assembling LYTAC Mediates CTGF Degradation and Remodels Inflammatory Tumor Microenvironment for Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A CTGF‐LYTAC nanoplatform is developed to selectively degrade connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC), inhibiting TGF‐β signaling and cell interactions in the tumor microenvironment (TME). This strategy effectively suppresses tumor growth and metastasis, outperforming antibody‐based therapy.

Correlations in Magnetic Sub‐Domains as an Unconventional Phase Diagram for van der Waals Ferromagnets

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An unconventional magnetic order is observed in exfoliated CrBr3 layers, characterized by vertically correlated planar magnetic sub‐domains. Magnetic force microscopy, ab initio calculations, and micromagnetic simulations indicate that these sub‐domains arise from stacking faults modifying interlayer exchange coupling.

Reconstructing Three‐Dimensional Optical Anisotropy with Tomographic Müller‐Polarimetric Microscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tomographic Müller polarimetric microscopy is a novel imaging technique that resolves 3D birefringent properties of bulky samples, unveiling hierarchical nanostructures at microscopic resolution. Based on incoherent visible‐light polarimetry, it achieves experimental simplicity by eliminating phase measurements.

Cancer Specific CAIX‐Targeting Supramolecular Lysosome‐Targeting Chimeras (Supra‐LYTAC) for Targeted Protein Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Spatiotemporal Supra‐LYTAC formation near cancerous membrane via CAIX‐targeting is achieved. As a result of generation of Supra‐LYTAC, POI trafficking into lysosome is significantly implemented for targeted protein degradation. Abstract Recently, targeted protein degradation (TPD) strategies have emerged as a promising solution to tackle undruggable ...

Chirality Regulates Stem Cell Fate and Promotes Corneal Epithelial Regeneration via Manipulating Notch Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chirality governs the limbal epithelial stem cell fate. Right‐handed chirality enhances cell proliferation and differentiation, while left‐handed chirality partially maintains cell stemness. By activating the Notch pathway, 3D right‐handed chiral hydrogel offers a drug‐free and cell‐free strategy for effective corneal regeneration.

Chiral Magnetic Memory Device at the 10 Nm Scale Using Self‐Assembly Nano Floret Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A 10 nm chiral magnetic memory device is fabricated using self‐assembled gold Nano Floret (Au‐NF) junction. Chiral molecules are adsorbed along with 10 nm super‐paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs), resulting in a 10 nm memory bit. Additionally, a new method for determining the molecular tilt angle of chiral monolayer assembly is presented by

Graphene/h‐BN/ReS2 Heterostructure Operating in Fowler−Nordheim Tunneling Regime for Polarization‐Sensitive Fast Photodetector

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The authors demonstrate a bias voltage‐dependent anisotropic tunneling behavior by designing a ReS2‐based heterojunction operating in the Fowler–Nordheim tunneling regime. The device exhibits a dichroic tunneling current that surpasses the intrinsic anisotropy of ReS2, offering a new strategy to amplify directional responses in 2D materials for ...
