STAT6 controls the stability and suppressive function of regulatory T cells

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Immunology, Volume 53, Issue 5, May 2023., 2023
Through a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments, we have demonstrated that STAT6 signaling is crucial for controlling Tregs stability and suppressive function by modulating the Treg‐specific demethylated region (TSDR) methylation state of the FOXP3 gene in homeostatic and inflammatory conditions.

Thiazolidine‐Grafted Zeolite Imidazolate Frameworks: A Cysteine‐Derived Route to Improved Metal Loading and Tune the CO2 Hydrogenation Efficiency

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 19, Issue 1, January 2026.
Covalent grafting of S‐containing ligands onto a zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF) forms thiazolidine groups that bind noble metal ions, enhancing metal capture. The highly porous ZIF structure supports controlled growth of metal nanoparticles, while the specific interactions between the thiazolidine groups and metal atoms enable high metal loading ...
