Synthesis of cis-1, 4-oligodien-?, ?-glycols by ozonolis of cis-1, 4-polydienes

Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 1976
1. Liquid cis-1,4-oligodien-1,3-α, ω-glycols have been prepared by the partial ozonolysis of cis-1,4-polydienes-1,3 in inert solvents containing methanol as an active additive in the amount of 1 to 10 moles per 1 mole of ozonide and subsequent reduction of the peroxide ozonolysis products by LiAlH4. 2.

(1R,2S)-(+)-cis-1-Methoxycarbonyl-2-methylcyclobutane

Chemical Communications, 2000
An X-ray crystallographic structure determination for the related (R)-(−)-2-phenylglycinol derived amide demonstrates that (+)-cis-1-methoxycarbonyl-2-methylcyclobutane is the (1R,2S) isomer.

cis-1-Ferrocenyl-2-(2-nitrophenyl)ethylene

Acta Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 1993
The cis-ethylene bond environment in (η 5 -cyclopentadienyl){1-[2-(2-nitrophenyl)vinyl]-η 5 -cyclopentadienyl}iron is not exactly planar; the corresponding torsion angle around the C=C bond is 8.7 (7) o . The mean planes of the aromatic ring and the ethylene bond form a dihedral angle of 58.9 (1) o ; the NO 2 -group plane is rotated by 32.8 (2) 2 out ...

Synthesis of 2-alkyl(aryl)-cis-1-thiahydrindanes

Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 1988
1. cis- and trans-2-Alkyl(aryl)-cis-1-thiahydrindanes have been obtained for the first time free from traces of structural isomers. 2. cis-1-Thiahydrindane and trans-2-alkyl(aryl)-cis-1-thiahydrindanes are present in solution predominantly in conformations in which H9 is equatorial in the cyclohexane ring, whereas cis-2-alkyl(aryl)-cis-1-

Configurationally and conformationally homogeneous aryl-cis-1-thiadecalins

Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds, 1984
The structure of aryl-substituted cis-1-thiadecalins formed together with 5,6-tetramethylenethiopyrylium salts in disproportionation reactions of condensed 4H-, 6H-thiopyrans and dihydrothiopyrans with CF3COOH, as well as in the ionic reduction of the latter by the ion pair trifluoroacetic acid-triethylsilane, was studied.

A new diastereoselective synthesis of (±) cis 1-aminoindoloquinolizidine

Tetrahedron Letters, 1993
Abstract An unexpected Bischler-Napieralski reaction between tryptamine and pyroglutamic acids led to a new diastereoselective access to 1-aminoindolo[2,3-a]quinolizidine 1 .

Preparation of some cis-1,trans-5-germacratriene derivatives

Journal of the Chemical Society D: Chemical Communications, 1971
By photoisomerisation, germacrone (I) was transformed into two photoisomers, cis-1,trans-5-germacrone (II) and cis-1,cis-5-germacrone (III): cis-1,trans-5-germacratriene (VI) was derived from (II).
