Phytochemical profile, in vitro anti‐inflammatory, and anti‐xanthine oxidase activity of durian fruit rind fractions (Durio zibethinus)

This study qualitatively and quantitatively analysed the flavonoid profiles of durian fruit rind extract and fractions obtained via silica gel column chromatography and evaluated in vitro anti‐inflammatory and anti‐xanthine oxidase activity of these extracts.
