Life Factors and Melanoma: From the Macroscopic State to the Molecular Mechanism
Melanoma, an aggressive skin cancer, arises from dynamic interactions between genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. This review explores how age, gender, obesity, diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol, UV exposure, circadian rhythms, and medications influence melanoma risk and progression.

The authors have discovered that intracellular interleukin 1 receptor 2 (IL1R2) negatively regulates pyroptosis and inflammation by inhibiting glycolysis in sepsis. Soluble IL1R2 is released from macrophages undergoing pyroptosis. IL1R2 acts as a novel negative regulator of glycolysis by interacting with enolase 1 (ENO1), thereby inhibiting gasdermin D

Nanographene oxide (NGO) attenuates graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD) severity by inhibiting STAT1‐mediated M1 macrophage polarization and suppressing T‐cell activation. NGO‐primed macrophages (NGO‐Mac) further enhance regulatory T‐cell induction via IL‐10. Both NGO and NGO‐Mac therapies mitigate inflammation and immune pathology, offering cell‐free and

A Synergistic Complexation‐Encapsulation Paradigm Enables Unprecedented Radioactive Remediation
A novel HDEHP‐APG eutectic mixture‐based detergent is developed that achieves highly efficient decontamination of Am through a synergistic complexation‐encapsulation mechanism. Remarkably, such a detergent effectively removes radionuclides across a wide range of oxidation states (+I to +VII), demonstrating exceptional versatility.

Dimensions of Citation Analysis
Science, Technology, & Human Values, 1989An analytical scheme that differentiates among the various types of cognitive and social functions of citations is used as the basis for an analysis of the results of a questionnaire designed to probe the citing behavior of a group of scientists who had cited one of four papers originating from a single biochemical laboratory.
