The Influence of the Metals Citrates, Obtained Using Aquanano Technologies, On the Biomass Production of Medicinal Mushroom Ganaderma Lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst

open access: yes, 2020
A comparative study of the impact of citrates and sulfates of zinc and manganese, obtained with the help of nanotechnology, on the growth of mycelium of medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum at their cultivation in a liquids media has been carried out.

Effect of metal citrates on indicators of the embryotoxicity of cadmium salts in rats with combined introduction [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
The aim of the study was to determine the effect of metal citrates (cerium, zinc, iron) when combined with cadmium salts (chloride/citrate) on the embryotoxicity of cadmium in rats.

Exploring an Alternative to mRNA Vaccine Cold Chain Storage: MRNA‐Lipid Nanoparticle Stability When Dried in a Polymer Matrix

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Applying Regional Citrate Anticoagulation in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy for Acute Kidney Injury Patients with Acute Liver Dysfunction: a Retrospective Observational Study

open access: yesKidney & Blood Pressure Research, 2018
Background/Aims: Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is a treatment for acute kidney injury (AKI) patients. It has become a controversy about whether patients with liver dysfunction should perform CRRT with regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA).

Nanoparticle Shape Dictates Catalytic Performance in Selective Hydrogenation of Butadiene Over Au‐Pd Core‐Shell Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling the exposed crystal facet of shape‐controlled Au‐Pd core‐shell catalysts though colloidal synthesis enhances their catalytic performance in the industrially relevant selective hydrogenation of butadiene. ABSTRACT Selective hydrogenation of butadiene is a critical step in purification of alkene feedstocks for polymer production and is ...

Synthesis and Study of Glutamine Acid Containing Citrates

open access: yes, 2015
Terms of synthesis were defined for the creation of new generation chelate fertilizers and for their experimental testing. Glutamine acid and citric acid containing chelate citrates of the general formulae M·gl·HL·nHO were synthesized, where, M = Mn, Zn,

Magnetic‐Field Control of Surface States in CoFe2O4 Thin Films for Nitrate Electroreduction to Ammonia

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic‐field‐assisted CVD of heterometallic single‐source precursors modulates thin‐film surface electronic structure and interfacial charge transfer. Field‐grown (Cobalt ferrite‐1T)CF‐1T films exhibit stabilized electronic states, lower kinetic barriers, and markedly enhanced nitrate‐to‐ammonia electrocatalysis versus (Cobalt ferrite‐0T) CF‐0T ...
