These methods are: The hydroxamate method: The acetyl-CoA formed is trapped as acetylhydroxamate and the latter is determined by the color produced with FeCl 3 .

Sildenafil citrate (Viagra(R))
Drugs of Today, 2000Sildenafil citrate, a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type V (PDE V), initially designated as compound 92-480-10 by Pfizer, was studied in the late 1980s as an antianginal. An unexpected side effect of the early clinical investigations was improved erectile function among the men studied.

1994Diet plays an important role in urolithiasis due to the presence of various promoters or inhibitors of stone formation. Citrate is very important in inhibiting calculogenesis. Administration of alkalinising drugs are known to increase urinary citrates.

2009Abstract When citrate is infused into the blood circuit, it combines with ionised calcium (IC) to form citrate – calcium complexes (non-ionised). This reduces the level of ionised calcium in the extracorporeal circuit, which in turn leads to the inhibition of clotting in the circuit.
