Pre‐Curved Everting Robots With Embedded Steering Intelligence Fabricated by CO2 Laser Welding

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Design and experimental demonstration of a laser welded growing robot for anatomically guided navigation. The robot follows an aortic arch phantom entering the branchiocephalic branch through steering by design. The figure shows the physical phantom setup, CAD defined weld geometry and full robot eversion.

Quantitative Detection of Entotic Cell‐In‐Cell Structures Using Deformable Segmentation and Deep Learning

open access: yesCytometry Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Cell‐in‐cell (CIC) structures are among the most intriguing cellular phenomena occasionally observed in human cancer specimens. Once regarded as incidental findings, accumulating evidence has linked specific CIC subtypes, particularly entosis, to tumor progression and patient prognosis.

Improved Oct Image Enhancement using Clahe

open access: yesInternational Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, 2019
Medical image processing is a challenging research field, since most captured images suffer from noise and poor contrast nature. The accuracy of details present in the medical image depends entirely on the captured image quality. The factor that affects the quality of the images includes poor illumination conditions, capturing devices and inexperienced
