Efficiency Analysis of Low Power Class-E Power Amplifier

open access: yesModern Applied Science, 2014
This paper presents an analysis of effect of inductor and switch losses on output power and efficiency of low power class-E power amplifier. This structure is suitable for integrated circuit implementation. Since on chip inductors have large losses than the other elements, the effect of their losses on efficiency has been investigated.

Emerging insights into CC and CXC chemokines and their receptors in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dual roles of CC and CXC chemokines in distinguishing active, latent, and subclinical tuberculosis were reviewed, along with an evaluation of their potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets to advance precision medicine in tuberculosis management. The graphical abstract was generated with AI assistance (Gemini 3.0).

High efficiency digital RF power source with dual frequency mode

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2019
As one of the core components of the RF power system, the RF power source has a fixed frequency and low conversion efficiency, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the RF power system.

Increasing the talk-time of mobile radios with efficient linear transmitter architectures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
In order to meet the linearity specification of standards such as GSM EDGE and TETRA the power amplifier (PA) linearisation methods in common usage today result in low DC to RF efficiency (e.g. Cartesian loop and adaptive predistortion).

Natural Products as Geroprotective Modulators in Diabetic Nephropathy: A Mechanistic Framework Integrating Aging Hallmarks and the AMPK–SIRT1–Nrf2 Axis

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Natural products target the aging kidney in diabetic nephropathy by restoring the AMPK–SIRT1–Nrf2 axis, reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, fibrosis, and cellular senescence while enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis and antioxidant defenses.

Patterns of Postictal Abnormalities in Relation to Status Epilepticus in Adults

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Abnormalities on peri‐ictal diffusion‐weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI‐PMAs) are well‐established for patients with status epilepticus (SE), but knowledge on patterns of DWI‐PMAs and their prognostic impact is sparse. Methods This systematic review and individual participant data meta‐analysis included observational studies ...

Envelope Amplifier for RF Amplifier based on Multilevel Converter [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Modern transmitters usually have to amplify and transmit signals with simultaneous envelope and phase modulation. Due to this property of the transmitted signal, linear power amplifiers (class A, B or AB) are usually used as a solution for the power ...
