Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Large distance expansion in the Schrödinger representation of quantum field theory [PDF]
This thesis is concerned with an approach to Quantum Field Theory in which the states are constructed from their large distance behaviour. The logarithm of the vacuum functional is expandable as a local quantity in any quantum field theory in which the ...

Scale invariance beyond criticality within the mean-field analysis of tensorial field theories
We continue the series of articles on the application of Landau-Ginzburg mean-field theory to unveil the basic phase structure of tensorial field theories which are characterized by combinatorially non-local interactions.

New T-duality for Chern-Simons theory
It has recently pointed out that a four-dimensional analog of Chern-Simons theory provides an elegant framework for understanding integrable models with spectral parameters.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Fields with local class field theory
We say that a field k possesses local class jield theory when the finite separable algebraic extensions K / k form an Artin-Tate class formation with respect to the multiplicative groups K *. In addition to the p-adic number fields Q, and the field lR of real numbers themselves, their maximal absolutely algebraic subfields Q; and lRa are known to have ...
