ABSTRACT Current treatments for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA), rare autoimmune diseases in which autoreactive B cells play a major role, can lead to high response rates; however, for many patients these responses are not durable or maintained after treatment discontinuation.

Revisiting Inherited Metabolic Diseases (IMDs) Through the Lens of Selective Autophagy
ABSTRACT Selective autophagy is increasingly recognized as a fundamental quality‐control mechanism that complements bulk autophagy by enabling the targeted degradation of specific intracellular cargos, including mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum (ER), lipid droplets, glycogen, peroxisomes, ferritin, ribosomes, and protein aggregates.

Myo1g Mediates NKR‐P1C Expression in Primary Mouse NK Cells and Participates in Cytotoxicity
In this study we analysed the participation of Myosin 1g in the development and functions of murine natural killer (NK) cells; we found that Myosin 1g is expressed in murine‐activated primary NK cells from the spleen. Additionally, in the absence of Myosin 1g, correlates with a reduced expression of NKR‐P1C but not of CD49b or NKp46.

Oocyte–cumulus cell interaction: a key factor in early embryo development
ABSTRACT The evaluation of oocyte competence is a fundamental step in achieving successful outcomes following assisted reproduction techniques (ART). At present, however, conventional oocyte maturation assessment is carried out by morphological observation, which is a subjective method that does not consider molecular features.

Bioassay‐guided fractionation of Zanthoxylum armatum fruits identifies three bioactive lignans—sesamin, fargesin, and eudesmin. The identified lignans attenuate CpG‐induced dendritic‐cell activation by reducing IL‐12 expression and CD80. Network pharmacology and molecular docking suggest involvement of multiple inflammatory signalling pathways ...

Distinct roles of class I and class III phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases in phagosome formation and maturation [PDF]
Phagosomes acquire their microbicidal properties by fusion with lysosomes. Products of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase) are required for phagosome formation, but their role in maturation is unknown. Using chimeric fluorescent proteins encoding tandem FYVE domains, we found that phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PI[3]P) accumulates greatly ...
