On the Correspondence between Subshifts of Finite Type and Statistical Mechanics Models
Several classical problems in symbolic dynamics concern the characterization of the simplex of measures of maximal entropy. For subshifts of finite type in higher dimensions, methods of statistical mechanics are ideal for dealing with these problems.

Quantum correlations and classical resonances in an open chaotic system
We show that the autocorrelation of quantum spectra of an open chaotic system is well described by the classical Ruelle-Pollicott resonances of the associated chaotic strange repeller.

Recurrence of fidelity in near integrable systems
Within the framework of simple perturbation theory, recurrence time of quantum fidelity is related to the period of the classical motion. This indicates the possibility of recurrence in near integrable systems.

A Classical Bulk-Boundary Correspondence
Comments welcome! v3: The main theorem now states that there is an infinity-quasi-isomorphism between the two factorization algebras, and the proof is modified ...

Entanglement entropy, the Einstein equation and the Sparling construction
We relate the recent derivation of the linearised Einstein equation on an AdS background from holographic entanglement entropy arguments to the Sparling construction: we derive the differential form whose exterior derivative gives the Einstein equation ...

Quantum-classical correspondence in quantum channels
Quantum channels describe subsystem or open-system evolution. Using the classical Koopman operator that evolves functions on phase space, four classical Koopman channels are identified as analogs of the four possible quantum channels in a bipartite setting.

Holographic scattering requires a connected entanglement wedge
In AdS/CFT, there can exist local 2-to-2 bulk scattering processes even when local scattering is not possible on the boundary; these have previously been studied in con- nection with boundary correlation functions.

Classical-quantum correspondence for shape-invariant systems
A quantization procedure, which has recently been introduced for the analysis of Painlev\'e equations, is applied to a general time-independent potential of a Newton equation.
