The Lagrangian and Hamiltonian analysis of some relativistic electrodynamics models and their quantization

open access: yesCondensed Matter Physics, 2009
The work is devoted to the study of the Lagrangian and Hamiltonian properties of some relativistic electrodynamics models and is a continuation of our previous investigations.

Maxwell–Lorentz Electrodynamics Revisited via the Lagrangian Formalism and Feynman Proper Time Paradigm

open access: yesMathematics, 2015
We review new electrodynamics models of interacting charged point particles and related fundamental physical aspects, motivated by the classical A.M. Ampère magnetic and H. Lorentz force laws electromagnetic field expressions. Based on the Feynman proper

Controlling Collective Quasiparticle Dynamics Beyond Decoherence in Topological Interfaces

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
Gold nanoparticles placed above a deformed honeycomb plasmonic crystal couple to a chiral topological interface mode. The pseudospin‐split bands ψ+/ ψ− encode spin‐momentum locking, so emitters radiate directionally along the domain wall and share a common phase.

Is the relativity principle consistent with electrodynamics? Towards a logico-empiricist reconstruction of a physical theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
It is common in the literature on electrodynamics and relativity theory that the transformation rules for the basic electrodynamical quantities are derived from the hypothesis that the relativity principle (RP) applies for Maxwell's electrodynamics.

Reconfigurable Giant Nonreciprocity at Near‐Normal Incidence via Phase‐Change Magneto‐Optical Metagratings

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
A phase‐change magneto‐optical metagrating combines GST switching with InAs guided‐mode resonances to achieve strong nonreciprocal absorption contrast near normal incidence. A static magnetic bias creates direction‐dependent resonant splitting, while GST crystallization quenches and latches the response.

Radiation and reaction in scalar quantum electrodynamics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
This thesis is a report of work which develops the study of electromagnetic radiation by accelerating charges in the scalar quantum electrodynamic theory.

Electromagnetism as an emergent phenomenon: a step-by-step guide

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2014
We give a detailed description of electrodynamics as an emergent theory from condensed-matter-like structures, not only per se but also as a warm-up for the study of the much more complex case of gravity.

Cuproptosis Inducers in Cancer Therapy: State of the Art and Challenges

open access: yesThe Chemical Record, EarlyView.
Cuproptosis is emerging as a distinct copper‐dependent cell death pathway, highlighting copper as a potential metabolic vulnerability in cancer. This review examines how coordination chemistry, redox regulation, and nanomaterial design shape Cu reactivity and therapeutic outcomes.

Special solutions of coupled classical harmonic oscillators with the addition of magnetic monopoles

open access: yesPhysics Open
In this paper, we undertake a thorough investigation into the existence of magnetic monopoles, elusive particles theorized to possess isolated north or south magnetic poles. These hypothetical entities have long captured the imagination of physicists and
