Claw lesions in dairy cows in Serbia
Lameness in cows is a major problem, affecting welfare and production results. We aimed in this study to identify claw lesions in lame dairy cows in Serbian farms. A total of 94 Simmental dairy cows (26 primiparous and 68 multiparous) from eight small dairy farms located in the Macva district, Serbia were observed during regular hoof trimming.
