Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Formation and Application of High Reflectivity Controllable Barium Sulfate Microspheres

open access: yesCrystals, 2018
This paper investigated the influence of reaction conditions on particle morphology. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), particle size distribution (PSD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the morphology of barium sulfate.

Vegetation of the water-level fluctuation zone in the Three Gorges Reservoir at the initial impoundment stage

open access: yesGlobal Ecology and Conservation, 2020
The water-level of Three Gorges Reservoir first reached a normal storage level 175 m in October 2010, resulting in a large-area water-fluctuating zone with an elevation difference of 30 m (145–175 m).

Mechanical cleaning of graphene

open access: yes, 2011
Contamination of graphene due to residues from nanofabrication often introduces background doping and reduces charge carrier mobility. For samples of high electronic quality, post-lithography cleaning treatments are therefore needed.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Identification and prevention of agricultural non-point source pollution risk based on the minimum cumulative resistance model

open access: yesGlobal Ecology and Conservation, 2020
Agricultural non-point source pollution (AGNPS) risk prevention and control is more conducive to reducing costs than post-treatment. Therefore, how to effectively identify risks is a key problem to be solved. The study area is located in the NANTUO small

Brush cleaning to remove fungal spores from seed lots [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Common bunt is infecting wheat seedling just after sowing, in the heterotrophic phase before seedling emergence. The seed per se is healthy at the time of sowing, but gets infected from spores resting on the seed surface. Bechel et al.

Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...
