Radioimmunoassay for clindamycin.

Abstract We describe a radioimmunoassay for measuring clindamycin in serum extracts that is more accurate than the microbiological assay because of the minimal response of the matabolite, N-demethylclindamycin. The assay is not affected by the presence of other antiobiotics.
