Rational Design of Unsaturated, Thioether Ionizable Lipids for Enhanced In Vivo mRNA Delivery
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have rapidly become the delivery system of choice for RNA therapeutics. Here, a rational design approach is taken to improve the effectiveness of LNPs based on an ionizable thioether lipid library. The incorporation of unsaturated tails and bulkier, hydrophobic head groups significantly enhances their functionality and ...

A Bayesian Joint model for Longitudinal DAS28 Scores and Competing Risk Informative Drop Out in a Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Trial [PDF]
Rheumatoid arthritis clinical trials are strategically designed to collect the disease activity score of each patient over multiple clinical visits, meanwhile a patient may drop out before their intended completion due to various reasons. The dropout terminates the longitudinal data collection on the patients activity score.

FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

Men's Behaviour Change Program: Participants' and Facilitators' Perceptions
Men's behaviour change programs (MBCPs) are group programs for men using family violence. This preliminary evaluation examines participants' and facilitators' perceptions of a redeveloped MBCP. Participants reported significant improvements in their ability to manage stress, understand the impact of their use of violence, and apply skills to repair the
