Advanced Science, EarlyView.Extended‐field acquisition enables sub‐micron X‐ray imaging of a full mouse brain. The 3.3‐teravoxel volume is reconstructed, registered to a reference atlas, and stored in hierarchical format to augment currently available atlases and improve resolution in the third dimension by an order of magnitude.

Plac1+ Tumor Cell‐Treg Interplay Supports Tumorigenesis and Progression of Head and Neck Cancer

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Synthetic gene circuits regulated by bezafibrate are developed to express tumor antigens and PD‐L1 nanobody (PD‐L1nb), enhancing cancer immunotherapy. Delivered via HEK293T cells, ESCs, or directly injected the plasmids containing the circuit into the tumor, the circuits reduce tumor growth, boost CD8+ T cells, and minimize T cell exhaustion.
