ABSTRACT Political consumerism (PC) refers to consumers boycotting or deliberately buying (“buycotting”) products or brands for political, moral, or ethical reasons. This paper presents three studies that consider the intricacies of the relationship between political ideology and political consumerism.

Some Chemistry Indices of Clique-Inserted Graph of a Strongly Regular Graph
In this paper, we give the relation between the spectrum of strongly regular graph and its clique-inserted graph. The Laplacian spectrum and the signless Laplacian spectrum of clique-inserted graph of strongly regular graph are calculated.

ABSTRACT Objective Emerging evidence indicates that experiencing discrimination is associated with disordered eating. This study aimed to test the association between experiences of colorism (skin shade discrimination penalizing those with darker skin) and the prevalence of disordered weight control behaviors (DWCBs) in four Asian countries/regions ...

Constructing DNA Codes with Larger Distance from Quaternary Words
In this work, we propose a novel method to construct DNA codes from quaternary words. The method uses permutation groups that act in the set {1, 2, …, 4n}, representing the coordinate and coordinate value of quaternary words.

k-Clique counting on large scale-graphs: a survey [PDF]
Clique counting is a crucial task in graph mining, as the count of cliques provides different insights across various domains, social and biological network analysis, community detection, recommendation systems, and fraud detection.

ABSTRACT Affective polarisation, a growing hostility toward political outgroups, is a phenomenon rooted in social identity. Social identity threat—the expectation of experiencing some form of denigration based on a self‐relevant group identity—is thought to be a major driver of affective polarisation.

ABSTRACT Previous research has focused on disadvantaged groups seeking social change, overlooking how dominant groups mobilize to preserve the status quo. Across three studies (two correlational, one experimental), we explored how collective grievance—the feeling of being or having been collectively wronged by an outgroup—drives system‐preserving ...

Counting cliques and clique covers in random graphs
We study the problem of counting the number of {\em isomorphic} copies of a given {\em template} graph, say $H$, in the input {\em base} graph, say $G$. In general, it is believed that polynomial time algorithms that solve this problem exactly are unlikely to exist.

Broadcast Congested Clique [PDF]
We develop techniques to prove lower bounds for the BCAST(log n) Broadcast Congested Clique model (a distributed message passing model where in each round, each processor can broadcast an O(log n)-sized message to all other processors). Our techniques are built to prove bounds for natural input distributions.

The role of cuproptosis in HBV‐ALF was explored via bioinformatics and liver biopsy tissues. There are some crosstalks among cuproptosis, immune infiltration, and ferroptosis (The figure was created by Bio Render). ABSTRACT Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection poses a significant challenge to global health, particularly in developing countries such as ...
