Unlike the conventional kernel adaptive filtering (KAF) approach of using a fixed kernel to define the Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space (RKHS), this paper embeds the statistics of the input data in the kernel definition, obtaining a closed-form solution for nonlinear adaptive filtering.
