The de Rham homotopy theory and differential graded category

open access: yes, 2011
This paper is a generalization of arXiv:0810.0808. We develop the de Rham homotopy theory of not necessarily nilpotent spaces, using closed dg-categories and equivariant dg-algebras. We see these two algebraic objects correspond in a certain way.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

Longitudinal Absolute Stability of a BWB Aircraft-Pilot System with Saturated Actuator Model [PDF]

open access: yesINCAS Bulletin, 2013
This paper deals with the analysis of the P(ilot) I(n-the-Loop) O(scillations) of the second category (with rate and position liming in the closed loop pilot-vehicle system), caused by the dynamic coupling between the human pilot and the aircraft.

Incidence and Risk Factors of Serious Osteonecrosis in Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: A CYP‐C Population‐Based Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Osteonecrosis (ON) is a debilitating complication of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) therapy. While numerous studies have explored its incidence and associated risk factors, investigations using large‐scale cohorts remain important to characterize ON across heterogeneous populations.

Measurable Cones and Stable, Measurable Functions

open access: yes, 2017
We define a notion of stable and measurable map between cones endowed with measurability tests and show that it forms a cpo-enriched cartesian closed category. This category gives a denotational model of an extension of PCF supporting the main primitives

Improving the Evaluation and Management of Transfusion‐Related Iron Overload in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults Following Cancer Treatment or Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Transfusion‐related iron overload (TRIO) is a late effect of therapy impacting survivors of childhood cancer and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) who receive frequent packed red blood cell (pRBC) transfusions. Surprisingly, there are no accepted guidelines to assist providers in identifying and treating at‐risk ...

Novel Genetic Risk Factor Identified for L‐Asparaginase‐Induced Pancreatitis in Pediatric Patients With Cancer

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background L‐asparaginase is a critical component in treatment protocols for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Acute pancreatitis reactions can necessitate delays and, in some cases, discontinuation of L‐asparaginase, which compromises outcomes.
