Nasal Fractures

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of closed reduction and the effects of timing and fracture types on patient satisfaction.Only patients with isolated nasal fractures were included in the study. Patients with additional maxillofacial fractures and patients whose application time to our clinic was more than 10 days after the trauma were excluded.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of closed reduction and the effects of the time of intervention on young patients' satisfaction. Patients older than 16 years and those with additional maxillofacial fractures were excluded. All patients were treated by closed reduction and external fixation.

A stepwise study of nasal fractures includes an initial investigation that was carried out to discover why so many patients were awaiting rhinoplasty, which led us to find a 30% to 40% failure rate in nasal manipulation operations. An Interaction Net Implementation of Closed Reduction

Closed reduction is a very efficient reduction strategy for the lambda calculus, which is explained using a simple form of explicit substitutions. This paper introduces this strategy, and gives an implementation as a system of interaction nets. We obtain one of the most efficient implementations of this kind to date.
