PDHA1 Hyperactivation‐Mediated Glucose Metabolism Reprogramming Fuels Neutrophil NETosis and Promotes Acute Lung Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
During NETosis, neutrophils shift metabolically toward enhanced OXPHOS and partially reduced glycolysis. This shift is driven by PDHA1 hyperactivity‐dependent selective metabolic reprogramming. The neutrophil‐targeted nanoparticle 3‑FP‑BSA NPs effectively inhibit NETosis and attenuate ALI.

Mitochondrial Quality Control in Degenerative Musculoskeletal Diseases: Signaling Networks and Therapeutic Landscapes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial quality control (MQC) collapse redefines osteoarthritis, intervertebral disc degeneration, and osteoporosis as disorders of organelle dysfunction. Damaged mitochondria leak mtDNA and metabolites, driving cGAS‐STING inflammation, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic memory.

An AI‐Driven Framework for Directed Self‐Assembly Toward Design‐Technology Co‐Optimization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An artificial intelligence (AI)‐driven closed‐loop framework integrates experiment, three‐dimensional physics‐based simulation, and template design for directed self‐assembly (DSA). Guided by experimental data, AI‐assisted calibration accelerates model optimization, supports morphology prediction, and identifies template windows.

Enriched Soil Organic Carbon Underpins Long‐Term Stable Crop Productivity Across China's Croplands

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Quantifying the nonlinear relationships and causal effects of soil organic carbon (SOC) on crop stability reveals specific critical thresholds and saturation points. This partitions the national SOC spectrum into three functional phases. Integrating these spatial delineations with high‐resolution maps of marginal gains pinpoints regions with the ...

BRCA1 Mutation‐Recognizing Tetrahedral Framework Nucleic Acid Nanoplatform Enables Coordinated PARP/WEE1 Inhibition and STING‐Associated Antitumor Immunity in Ovarian Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
BRCA1 mutation‐responsive FBOA‐tFNA selectively recognizes mutant transcripts and coordinates reduction‐responsive intracellular delivery of olaparib and adavosertib, amplifying DNA damage and weakening G2/M checkpoint protection. These effects are accompanied by STING‐associated immune activation and stronger antitumor immunity, while sequential anti ...

Loss of Lepr in Fibroblasts Drives Tumor Development by Promoting Macrophage Infiltration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TNFα and TGFβ signaling reprograms Lepr+ fibroblasts toward a LeprnegMmphigh inflammatory CAF (iCAF) state, with downregulation of the Tcf21‐Lepr axis contributing to this transition. Lepr loss induces Csf3, which contributes to the enhanced macrophage‐recruiting capacity of these iCAFs, thereby promoting tumor development. Thus, inflammatory signaling

Collaborative Edge AI Inference Over Cloud-RAN

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Communications
In this paper, a cloud radio access network (Cloud-RAN) based collaborative edge AI inference architecture is proposed. Specifically, geographically distributed devices capture real-time noise-corrupted sensory data samples and extract the noisy local feature vectors, which are then aggregated at each remote radio head (RRH) to suppress sensing noise ...

Determining the Relationship Between Composition, Structure, and Device Properties of GexSe1‐x‐Based Selector‐Only Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Composition‐dependent structural evolution in GeXSe1‐X selector‐only memory (SOM) is correlated with device switching behavior. Increasing Ge strengthens network rigidity, suppresses atomic motion, and stabilizes threshold switching, while narrowing the memory window. The revealed structure–property relationship provides a guideline for compositionally
