f_B for Various Actions : Approaching the Continuum Limit with Dynamical Fermions [PDF]
We present results for pseudoscalar decay constants of heavy-light mesons using both quenched and N_f = 2 dynamical fermion configurations. A variety of fermion actions is investigated : Wilson, nonperturbative clover, and fat-link clover.

Cutting Through the Green: A Case for Grassland Archaeology Using UAV Multispectral Data
ABSTRACT Advances in low‐altitude remote sensing are needed to improve the effectiveness of archaeological prospection in the Netherlands. The geomorphological situation and land use history make applying various remote sensing and geophysical technologies particularly challenging.

Repeating Nuclear Transients From Repeating Partial Tidal Disruption Events
ABSTRACT Extragalactic nuclear transients that exhibit repeating outbursts can be modeled as the repeated dynamical interaction between bound stars and supermassive black holes (SMBHs). A subset of these transients, with recurrence timescales of months‐to‐years, have been explained as accretion flares from the repeated tidal stripping of a star by an ...

Evaluation of gene editing in CHO cells using the Cas‐CLOVER system
Abstract Recent advances in gene editing technologies have transformed the genetic engineering of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) hosts, enabling the development of cell lines with improved stability and productivity. In this study, we employed the programmable nuclease (PN) Cas‐CLOVER to precisely target the Glutamine synthetase (GS) locus in CHO cells. A

Clover seed production - in organic and conventional cropping systems [PDF]
White clover (Trifolium repens L.) is an important component in grassland mixtures and as a green manure crop. Since Denmark has excellent conditions for white clover seed production and holds the position of the largest producer within the EU emphasis ...

Quark-gluon vertex with an off-shell O(a)-improved chiral fermion action
We perform a study the quark-gluon vertex function with a quenched Wilson gauge action and a variety of fermion actions. These include the domain wall fermion action (with exponentially accurate chiral symmetry) and the Wilson clover action both with the

This study established the first creation of a commercially available double GS knockout (DKO) from a single KO in CHO‐K1 cells, called CleanCut GS CHO using Cas‐CLOVER. When combined with the Harbor‐IN transposase system, CleanCut GS CHO cells demonstrated a highly antibody productivity.
