“Mild” Cluster Headache(?)

Three cases of what could be considered “mild” cluster headache have been described. All three patients were generally able to carry out their work during attacks; all three were men and had unilateral headache with the predominant pain in the ocular region. Extratrigeminal Cluster Headache

Three cases with periodicity and pain profile characteristic of episodic cluster headache, whose headaches were solely confined to the regions of the head and neck outside the trigeminal territory, are reported. Two were females, who had associated nausea and vomiting with severe attacks.
