Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Technoligical Life Cycles Regional Clusters Facing Disruption [PDF]
The phenomenon of technological life cycles is argued to be of great importance in the development of regional clusters. New 'disruptive' technologies may initiate the emergence of new regional industrial clusters and/or create new opportunities for ...

Kinetics of clusters formation and accumulation in crystal under cascade-generating irradiation [PDF]
Formation of point defect clusters under cascade-generating irradiation is theoretically investigated. Steady-state size distribution of cluster and its dependence on parameters is obtained.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Tracing Galaxy Evolution by Their Present-Day Luminosity Function
Galaxy luminosity functions are derived for different morphological types and various colors of galaxies, to trace the evolutionary effects which a priori should be different for void and supercluster galaxies.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Clusters As Vehicles Stimulating Regional and Local Development. [PDF]
Past experience of European Union member states acknowledge significant role of regions in the process of European integration. As a matter of fact regions compete for capital but what should be simultaneously highlighted they also collaborate in many ...
