On packing and covering polyhedra of consecutive ones circulant clutters [PDF]
Building on work by G. Cornuéjols and B. Novick and by L. Trotter, we give different characterizations of contractions of consecutive ones circulant clutters that give back consecutive ones circulant clutters. Based on a recent result by G. Argiroffo and

Collision‐Resilient Winged Drones Enabled by Tensegrity Structures
Based on structures of birds such as the woodpeck, this article presents the collision‐resilient aerial robot, SWIFT. SWIFT leverages tensegrity structures in the fuselage and wings which allow it to undergo large deformations in a crash, without sustaining damage. Experiments show that SWIFT can reduce impact forces by 70% over conventional structures.

Cooperated Moving Target Detection Approach for PA-FDA Dual-Mode Radar in Range-Ambiguous Clutter
This paper proposes a cooperated range ambiguous clutter suppression method for moving target detection in the background of range-ambiguous clutter with a phased array (PA)–frequency diverse array (FDA) dual-mode radar.

Mengerian quasi-graphical families and clutters
Balanceable clutters are clutters whose bipartite representation contains no odd wheel and no odd 3-path configuration as an induced subgraph (this is Truemper’s characterization of balanceable matrices).

Motion Guided Siamese Trackers for Visual Tracking
Siamese trackers learn the appearance model of the target in the first frame and then exploit the model to locate the target in the subsequent frames. Meanwhile, the appearance model remains unchanged in the subsequent frames. Due to the powerful feature

Joint statistical correction of clutters, spokes and beam height for a radar derived precipitation climatology in southern Germany [PDF]
First results of radar derived climatology have emerged over the last years, as datasets of appropriate extent are becoming available. Usually, these statistics are based on time series lasting up to ten years as continuous storage of radar data was ...
