The separation of Helium gas from natural gas is challenging but highly important. MIL‐116(Ga), a “non‐porous” metal–organic framework is used as a molecular sieve to separate He from CH4. Druse‐like MIL‐116(Ga) particles are integrated into polysulfone mixed matrix membranes.

Anarchisme et Catalanisme en exil en France, 1939-1977
In the absence of true doctrinal reflection on the national fact, in spite of their anti-state and internationalism, the libertarians of Catalonia shared a certain cultural proximity with the Catalanists.

Water transport through (7,7) carbon nanotubes of different lengths using molecular dynamics [PDF]
Non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations are used to investigate water transport through (7,7) CNTs, examining how changing the CNT length affects the internal flow dynamics.

Biofabrication aims at providing innovative technologies and tools for the fabrication of tissue‐like constructs for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications. By integrating multiple biofabrication technologies, such as 3D (bio) printing with fiber fabrication methods, it would be more realistic to reconstruct native tissue's ...

One-dimensional semirelativity for electrons in carbon nanotubes
It is shown that the band structure of single-wall semiconducting carbon nanotubes (CNT) is analogous to relativistic description of electrons in vacuum, with the maximum velocity $u$= $10^8$cm/s replacing the light velocity.

Thermal Dissipation and Variability in Electrical Breakdown of Carbon Nanotube Devices
We study high-field electrical breakdown and heat dissipation from carbon nanotube (CNT) devices on SiO2 substrates. The thermal "footprint" of a CNT caused by van der Waals interactions with the substrate is revealed through molecular dynamics (MD ...

Three-way electrical gating characteristics of metallic Y-junction carbon nanotubes [PDF]
Y-junction based carbon nanotube (CNT) transistors exhibit interesting switching behaviors, and have the structural advantage that the electrical gate for current modulation can be formed by any of the three constituent branches.

A pore tuning strategy to amplify the multi‐site MOF‐SO2 interactions is proposed to achieve an enhanced trace SO2 capture and chemiresistive sensing in highly stable isostructural DMOFs by annelating benzene rings. This work provides a facile strategy to achieve tailor‐made stable MOF materials for specific multifunctional applications.
