On representation theory of total (co)integrals [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Algebra and Its Applications, 2016
In this paper, we show that total integrals and cointegrals are new sources of stable anti-Yetter–Drinfeld modules. We explicitly show that how special types of total (co)integrals can be used to provide both (stable) anti Yetter–Drinfeld and Yetter–Drinfeld modules.

Acreage response in Pakistan: a co‐integration approach [PDF]

open access: yesAgricultural Economics, 2002
AbstractThis paper seeks to quantify the acreage responses of wheat, cotton, sugarcane and rice in Pakistan using co‐integration techniques and impulse response analysis. Results indicate that acreages of wheat and basmati rice do not respond significantly to shocks in own‐price while cotton, sugarcane and high yielding variety (HYV) rice do, and that ...

Emergence of high-level colistin resistance mediated by multiple determinants, including mcr-1.1, mcr-8.2 and crrB mutations, combined with tigecycline resistance in an ST656 Klebsiella pneumoniae

open access: yesFrontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology, 2023
Colistin and tigecycline are usually regarded as the last resort for multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection treatment. Emergence of colistin and tigecycline resistance poses a global healthcare challenge and is associated with high mortality

A Quality Improvement Initiative to Standardize Pneumocystis jirovecii Pneumonia Prophylaxis in Pediatric Patients With Solid Tumors

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Pediatric patients with extracranial solid tumors (ST) receiving chemotherapy are at an increased risk for Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP). However, evidence guiding prophylaxis practices in this population is limited. A PJP‐related fatality at our institution highlighted inconsistent prescribing approaches and concerns about

Pazopanib Combined With Vincristine and Irinotecan in Relapsed Wilms Tumor: Encouraging Outcomes in a Heavily Pretreated Pediatric Cohort

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background While Wilms tumor (WT) typically has a favorable prognosis, relapsed cases—especially those with high‐risk histology—remain therapeutically challenging after intensive frontline therapy. The combination of vincristine and irinotecan has demonstrated activity in pediatric solid tumors, and pazopanib, a multi‐targeted tyrosine kinase ...
