Compositionally modulated Co-Cr films-a new Co phase

IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 1983
By modulating the concentration of Co and Cr we have been able to stabilize Co in a bcc structure. This structure is ferromagnetic with a magnetic moment very close to that of the normal hexagonal phase.

Co-phasing Segmented-telescopes Via Deep-learning Techniques

2023
The concept of segmented telescope is unavoidable to build extremely large telescopes (ELT) in the quest for spatial resolution, but it also allows one to fit a large telescope within a reduced volume of space (JWST) or into an even smaller volume (Standard Cubesat).

Optimal co-phasing power allocation for coordinated OFDM transmission

2017 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC), 2017
This paper considers an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) coordinated transmission system in which K coordinated transmission points (CTPs) coherently transmit and allocate power across N subchannels under individual power constraints. In maximizing the system capacity, we derive an optimal co-phasing power allocation solution with the ...

Integrated Optimization for Energy-saving Operation in Co-phase TPSS

2021 IEEE 16th Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2021
With the increasing scarcity of energy, more and more researchers have begun focus on the field of energy-saving in railway system. A novel topology of traction substation integrated power flow controller (PFC) and hybrid energy storage system (HESS) based on co-phase power supply technology was studied in this paper to increase the utilization rate of

Generalized co-phasing for multiple transmit and receive antennas

IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, 2009
We propose and study a class of transmit beamforming techniques for systems with multiple transmit and multiple receive antennas with a per-antenna transmit power constraint. The per-antenna transmit power constraint is more realistic than the widely used total (across all transmit antennas) power constraint, since in practice each transmit antenna is ...

Image plane interference co-phasing technology for synthetic digital holography

Optik, 2020
Abstract Synthetic aperture is a high-resolution imaging technique which can extend the resolution Rayleigh limit capability of an aperture, while digital holography is a useful digital imaging tool. When synthetic aperture meets digital holography, a high-resolution image can be digitally achieved without many complex optic path adjust systems ...

Pilot-Assisted Distributed Co-Phasing for Wireless Sensor Networks

2009 6th Annual IEEE Communications Society Conference on Sensor, Mesh and Ad Hoc Communications and Networks, 2009
This paper addresses the design and analysis of practical distributed beamforming techniques for the uplink communication over a wireless sensor network. Since the conventional frequency-division duplexing techniques require a large feedback overhead, we focus on a time-division duplexing approach, and exploit the channel reciprocity to reduce the ...

Control Strategy of Co-Phase Traction Power Supply Device

ICLEM 2010, 2010
This paper analyzes a novel control strategy for cophase traction power supply device (CTPSD). In this paper, the advantages of the direct control mode over other control mode are presented by describing the theoretical basis, working mechanism and control system design in detail.

Co-phasing full-duplex relay link with non-ideal feedback information

2008 IEEE International Symposium on Wireless Communication Systems, 2008
We study a wireless full-duplex amplify-and-forward relay link where a destination receives superposition of relayed and direct signals. We propose a new relay protocol that performs co-phasing of the two paths. We analyze the performance of the relay link by calculating closed-form expressions for the average end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio assuming ...

Co-phase error correction of the optical sparse aperture system

SPIE Proceedings, 2009
Optical sparse-aperture system can be designed to obtain high resolution in astronomical object imaging with several independent small-aperture telescopes. However, the images from separated telescopes are not only overlapped but also have same phase.
