Review on: Co-Processing of Excipients
Co-processed excipients were prepared by incorporating one excipient into the particle structure of another and a combination of two or more compendial or non compendial excipients to physically modify their properties, which cannot be achievable by simple physical mixing.Prayuti, V.Thete +2 more

Recent Advancements in Co-Processed Excipients
The primary objective of this review article aims to offer a thorough analysis among the most current advancements in excipient technology and its formulation techniques. It's impossible for one excipient to meet every performance requirement required to transform a drug's active component into a particular pharmaceutical formulation.openaire +1 more source
Co-processing acetaminophen with nanocellulose to enhance tabletability
Journal of Pharmaceutical SciencesNanocellulose, a sub-micron cellulose powder, was investigated as a potential filler excipient to enhance the tabletability of acetaminophen (APAP). Due to its high specific surface area, nanocellulose was expected to outperform the tabletability enhancement provided by microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), a common tablet filler used in pharmaceutical ...

Asphaltene Conversion During Coal-Bitumen Co-Processing
1994Experimental studies on the conversion of asphaltene during the co-processing of coal and bitumen are described. Athabasca bitumen (15.4 % asphaltenes) was co-processed with a sub-bituminous coal (1.14% asphaltene) in a batch autoclave under hydrogen pressure at reaction temperatures varying from 400 to 440°C.
