MarineFlux ICOADS Air‐Sea Fluxes: 1990–2020

open access: yesGeoscience Data Journal, Volume 12, Issue 4, October 2025.
The MarineFlux project derived bulk turbulent heat and momentum fluxes from individual ship and buoy reports available in ICOADS Release 3 for 1990–2020. The fluxes are freely available from an ERDDAP service for use in developing new gridded products and assessing variations in air‐sea energy exchanges. ABSTRACT Bulk turbulent heat and momentum fluxes

Congestion control in reliable CoAP communication

open access: yesProceedings of the 16th ACM international conference on Modeling, analysis & simulation of wireless and mobile systems, 2013
The development of IPv6 stacks for wireless constrained devices that have limited hardware resources has paved the way for many new areas of applications and protocols. The Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP) has been designed by the IETF to enable the manipulation of resources for constrained devices that are capable of connecting to the Internet.

CircCDYL Association With hnRNPL Modulates CDYL Isoform Switching in Breast Cancer Cells

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 116, Issue 10, Page 2750-2762, October 2025.
We investigated the synergic role of the circRNA circCDYL and the splicing factor hnRNPL in modulating alternative splicing and isoform switch in breast cancer cells, with a focus on circCDYL and hnRNPL‐mediated isoform switch events involving the CDYL gene.

Dynamic Mode Decomposition of Geostrophically Balanced Motions From SWOT Cal/Val in the Separated Gulf Stream

open access: yesEarth and Space Science, Volume 12, Issue 8, August 2025.
Abstract The decomposition of oceanic flow into its geostrophically balanced and unbalanced motions carries theoretical and practical significance for the oceanographic community. These two motions have distinct dynamical characteristics and affect the transport of tracers differently from one another.
