Diastereoselectivity of Octahedral Cobalt(II) Pybox Complexes

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, 2001
The cobalt(II) complexes prepared with a series of enantiopure ligands (1-3) containing the bis(oxazolinyl)pyridine unit have been studied. The ligands form high spin octahedral complexes as shown by the X-ray crystal structure of the homochiral complex [Co(R,R-1)2](ClO4)2(CH3CN)3.

In Situ Constructed Magnetic Core‐Shell Hydrogen‐Bonded Organic Framework‐on‐Metal–Organic Framework Structure: an Efficient Catalyst for Peroxymonosulfate Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this work, a magnetic core‐shell catalyst (HOF‐on‐Fe3O4/ZIF‐67) is successfully synthesized, consisting of a metal–organic framework (ZIF‐67) with magnetic Fe3O4 as the core and a porous hydrogen‐bonded organic framework (HOF) as the shell. The catalyst efficiently activated peroxymonosulfate, resulting in rapid and effective removal of water ...

Unique Performance Considerations for Printable Organic Semiconductor and Perovskite Radiation Detectors: Toward Consensus on Best Practice Evaluation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A lack of standard approaches for testing and reporting the performance of metal halide perovskites and organic semiconductor radiation detectors has resulted in inconsistent interpretation of performance parameters, impeding progress in the field. This Perspective recommends key metrics and experimental details, which are suggested for reporting in ...

Fractional Skyrmion Tubes in Chiral‐Interfaced 3D Magnetic Nanowires

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In chiral 3D helical magnetic nanowires, the coupling between the geometric and magnetic chirality provides a way to create topological spin states like vortex tubes. Here, it is demonstrated how the breaking of this coupling in interfaced 3D nanowires of opposite chirality leads to even more complex topological spin states, such as fractional ...

Atomic Size Misfit for Electrocatalytic Small Molecule Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review explores the application and mechanisms of atomic size misfit in catalysis for small molecule activation, focusing on how structural defects and electronic properties can effectively lower the energy barriers of chemical bonds in molecules like H2O, CO2, and N2.

Studi Pemisahan Co(ii), Cu(ii), Fe(iii) Dan Ni(ii) Secara Ekstraksi Pelarut Dengan Zat Pengkompleks Natrium Dietilditiokarbamat [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDDC) as a chelating agent reacts unselectively with cobalt(II), copper(II), iron(III) and nickel(II). Their maximum wavelengths are very similar in carbon tetrachloride solution and hence these complexes could not be ...
