Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 43, 3 August 2026.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.

Confirmation of Quenching Using the Revised Spectrum-shape Method for the Analysis of the Cd -decay as measured with the COBRA demonstrator

open access: yesPhysics Letters, 2021
In this article we present an updated spectrum-shape analysis of the $^{113}$Cd fourfold forbidden non-unique β-decay transition in order to address the quenching of the weak axial-vector coupling gA in low-momentum exchange nuclear processes. The experimental data were collected in a dedicated low-threshold run with the COBRA demonstrator at the LNGS ...

DEVELOPMENT OF A METHOD TO ESTIMATE OF DROP SIZE DISTRIBUTION ABOVE THE MELTING LAYER BY USING 400MHz-BAND WIND PROFILER AND COBRA

open access: yesPROCEEDINGS OF HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING, 2007
The vertical profile of raindrop size distribution (DSD) is important for understanding rain processes. To improve the accuracy of rainfall intensity observed by precipitation radar and microwave radiometers carried on satellites, the information on the vertical profile of DSD is also important. The purpose of this study is to develop a database of DSD

Influence of Thickness in the Color Masking Ability of Different Types of Computer‐Aided Design and Manufacturing Ceramics

open access: yesClinical and Experimental Dental Research, Volume 12, Issue 4, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Objectives Tooth discoloration is a major esthetic concern in cosmetic dentistry. This study investigated the color‐masking ability of four CAD/CAM ceramics and the influence of material type and thickness on their optical properties. Materials and Methods A total of 120 A1‐shade CAD/CAM ceramic specimens were prepared from Vitablocs Mark II ...

Rapid cosmological inference with the two-loop matter power spectrum

open access: yesThe Open Journal of Astrophysics
We compute the two-loop effective field theory (EFT) power spectrum of dark matter density fluctuations in $\Lambda$CDM using the recently proposed COBRA method (Bakx. et al, 2025).

Gold(I) Phosphine/Phosphido‐Borohydride Complexes

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 22, 1 August 2026.
Synthesis, structure, and electrochemical characteristics of a homologous series of gold(I) complexes featuring phosphine and phosphido–borohydride ligands. A homologous series of linear, mononuclear gold(I) phosphine/phosphido‐borohydride complexes, encompassing [Au(PR3)2]+ 1, [Au(PR3)(PR2BH3)] 2 and [Au(PR2BH3)2]– 3 (R = tBu, Ad), has been prepared ...

The Backbone of Regionalisation: Refining Axial Regionalisation Through 3D Morphometric Sampling Strategies on Elapid Snakes

open access: yesJournal of Morphology, Volume 287, Issue 8, August 2026.
Using 3D geometric morphometrics on every precaudal vertebra from 12 elapid snakes, this study used segmented linear regression to test regionalisation. The results show a five‐region model is best supported, including short cervical and lumbar regions and a strong heart‐aligned boundary at approximately 20% of the pre‐caudal column.

When Politics Shapes Administration: Bureaucratic Autonomy, Policy Role Separation, and Organizational Capacity in an Institutionally Weak Public Administration

open access: yesPublic Administration and Development, Volume 46, Issue 3, Page 384-397, August 2026.
ABSTRACT This study examines the impact of administrative autonomy and the separation of roles in public policy on organizational capacity within hybrid public administration systems, particularly in Colombia. It explores the dynamics between elected officials and civil servants, focusing on how the division of responsibilities and the autonomy granted

Intergrowth Domains of Various Coloration Types in Metastable Li2.76Sn—A Phase Occurring in Tin Anodes of Lithium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 7, Issue 8, August 2026.
Operation of ion batteries typically requires multistep processes within both electrodes, often studied via operando or in situ techniques. However, the obtained results are not always straightforward to interpret; transient phases cannot always be isolated. This article analyzes formation, composition, structure, and thermal behavior of the metastable
