Code Clone Detection Techniques Based on Large Language Models
Code duplication, commonly known as code cloning, is a persistent challenge in software development. While reusing code fragments boosts productivity, excessive cloning poses challenges to maintenance and elevates the risk of bugs. Therefore, integrating

Heterodimeric amino acid transporters consist of SLC7 and SLC3 family proteins arranged in a conserved structural organization. They regulate nutrient transport across cell membranes, supporting essential cellular functions. These transporters also contribute to xenobiotic/drug uptake and distribution.

The ubiquitin system in normal and infected germinal center B cells
The ubiquitin system plays a central role in germinal center (GC) B cells, influencing differentiation to long‐lived memory B cells. Oncogenic gammaherpesviruses gain access to memory B cells by establishing latency in GC B cells. Mapping ubiquitin mechanisms in normal and infected GC B cells will define specific molecular circuits in B cells germane ...

Tree Slicing in Clone Detection: Syntactic Analysis Made (Semi)-Semantic
Nowadays most of software contains code duplication that leads to serious problems in software maintenance. A lot of different clone detection approaches have been proposed over the years to deal with this problem, but almost all of them do not consider ...

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

The aim of the study was to isolate genes coding for stage-specific antigens of T. spiralis. Such antigens may then be associated with local and systemic immune responses against adult T. spiralis.

Parallel Clone Code Detector in MapReduce
Programmer s often copy code to improve efficiency, and different developers may write the same code independently, these behaviors bring clone code to the project. Clone c ode make s the project hard to maintain and weaken s the robustness, and the bugs in these code segments would undermine the whole project.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Mapping Code Clones Using Incremental Clone Detection
Understanding the evolution of duplicated source code is necessary to investigate the phenomenon of cloning. To trace individual code clones across multiple program versions, clones of consecutive versions need to be mapped. Current methods detect clones
