We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Le code Napoléon, code Cameleon?
Le 21 mars 1804, trente-six lois ont été réunies en un seul corps sous le titre de code civil des Français avec une numérotation continue qui était, à elle seule, révolutionnaire par rapport au code prussien de 1794 doté d'une numérotation proper à chaque chapitre. Baptisé code Napoléon en 1807, il retrouva son titre primitif en 1814.
