Optimal bounds for the densities of solutions of SDEs with measurable and path dependent drift coefficients [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We consider a process given as the solution of a stochastic differential equation with irregular, path dependent and time-inhomogeneous drift coefficient and additive noise.

Faber Polynomial Coefficient Estimates for Subclass of Analytic Bi-Bazilevic Functions Defined by Differential Operator

open access: yesمجلة بغداد للعلوم, 2019
In this work,  an explicit formula for a class of Bi-Bazilevic univalent functions involving differential operator is given, as well as the determination of upper bounds for the general Taylor-Maclaurin coefficient of a functions belong to this class ...

Upper bounds of Hilbert coefficients and Hilbert functions

open access: yes, 2007
Let $(R, m)$ be a $d$-dimensional Cohen-Macaulay local ring. In this note we prove, in a very elementary way, an upper bound of the first normalized Hilbert coefficient of a $m$-primary ideal $I\subset R$ that improves all known upper bounds unless for

Certain Subclasses of Bi-Starlike Function of Complex Order Defined by Erdély–Kober-Type Integral Operator

open access: yesAxioms, 2022
In the present paper, we introduce new subclasses of bi-starlike and bi-convex functions of complex order associated with Erdély–Kober-type integral operator in the open unit disc and find the estimates of initial coefficients in these classes. Moreover,

Bounds on ternary cyclotomic coefficients [PDF]

open access: yesActa Arithmetica, 2010
We present a new bound on $A = \max_n |a_{pqr}(n)|$, where $a_{pqr}(n)$ are the coefficients of a ternary cyclotomic polynomial. We also prove that two consecutive coefficients of such a polynomial differ by at most one.

On Pairs of Coefficients of Bounded Polynomials [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1984
Given a polynomial of degree at most n n , we estimate the sum of the moduli of any two of its coefficients in terms of its supremum norm on the unit disk.

Improved bounds and new techniques for Davenport-Schinzel sequences and their generalizations

open access: yes, 2009
Let lambda_s(n) denote the maximum length of a Davenport-Schinzel sequence of order s on n symbols. For s=3 it is known that lambda_3(n) = Theta(n alpha(n)) (Hart and Sharir, 1986).

Some Bounds for the Fragmentation Coefficient of Random Graphs

open access: yesAxioms
Graph fragmentation aims to find the smallest vertex subset whose removal breaks a graph into components of bounded size. While this problem has applications in network dismantling and combinatorics, theoretical bounds on optimal solutions remain limited.

Starlikeness Associated with the Van Der Pol Numbers

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
In this paper, we define a subclass of starlike functions associated with the Van der Pol numbers. For this class, we derive structural formula, radius of starlikeness of order α, strong starlikeness, and some inclusion results.
