Compact light source for ultrabroadband coherent anti-Stoke Raman scattering (CARS) microscopy
A compact light source module for ultrabroadband coherent anti-Stoke Raman scattering (CARS) microscopy was developed. It mainly consists of a nanosecond microchip laser, a photonic crystal fiber for Stokes light generation, and a single mode polarization maintaining fiber for pump light propagation.

Super-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy by coherent image scanning
We present super-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) microscopy by implementing phase-resolved image scanning microscopy, achieving up to two-fold resolution increase as compared with a conventional CARS microscope. Phase-sensitivity is

Cell Identification and Aging Index (CIAdex) harnesses single‐cell infrared spectral fingerprints to provide label‐free cell identification and quantitative aging assessment. By integrating machine learning with Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) microspectroscopy, this framework distinguishes cell types, donors, and batches while tracking aging ...

High‐content Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) Imaging reveals that ovarian cancer cells surviving Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) ‐T cell challenge exhibit increased cholesterol esterification. Pharmacological inhibition of this pathway with Avasimibe significantly enhances CAR‐T induced killing of ovarian cancer cells by reducing cancer cell ...

The solid-state form of an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in an oral dosage form plays an important role in determining the dissolution rate of the API. As the solid-state form can change during dissolution, there is a need to monitor the oral dosage form during dissolution testing.

We report the extraction of the real part of the third order nonlinear susceptibility for a c-cut paratellurite (TeO2 − α) single crystal using the nonresonant contribution of the multiplex coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (M-CARS) signal.

Boosted decision trees for non-resonant background removal in hyperspectral CARS microscopy
Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) is a nonlinear optical process used for spectroscopy and label-free chemical imaging. CARS signals can be orders of magnitude stronger than those of its incoherent counterpart, spontaneous Raman scattering ...
