Tensor Approach to DOA Estimation of Coherent Signals with Electromagnetic Vector-Sensor Array. [PDF]
This paper addresses the direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation problem using a uniform rectangular array with electromagnetic vector-sensors in correlated/coherent signal environments. The polarization information is separated from the steering matrix to

Up to date, investigation of direction of arrival (DOA) gains more effort on multiple signals rather than coherent signals, particularly coherent signals measured by non-uniform and circular arrays — which still remains room for exploration.

Research on AUV Underwater Localization Method Based on an n-Shaped Array. [PDF]
During continuous navigation of the mother ship, an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) can be recovered through an underwater hangar, and the accurate localization of the AUV relative to the mother ship is a key step in the recovery process.

Coherent Bayesian analysis of inspiral signals [PDF]
We present in this paper a Bayesian parameter estimation method for the analysis of interferometric gravitational wave observations of an inspiral of binary compact objects using data recorded simultaneously by a network of several interferometers at ...

An Oblique Projection-Based Beamforming Method for Coherent Signals Receiving
Within a complex sea or ground surface background, multipath signals are strongly correlated or even completely coherent, which leads to signal cancellation when conventional optimal beamforming is performed.

Direction-of-Arrival Estimation for Both Uncorrelated and Coherent Signals in Coprime Array
Direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation in coprime array involves the problem that there is the coexistence of both uncorrelated signals and coherent signals in the multipath environment.

Signal estimation and coherence [PDF]
We address the relation between quantum metrological resolution and quantum coherence. We develop a quantum version of the Wiener–Khintchine theorem for a suitable model of a quantum ruler, putting the contributions of the probe and measurement on equal footing. We illustrate this approach with several examples of linear metrology.

An Enhanced Spatial Smoothing Technique of Coherent DOA Estimation with Moving Coprime Array
This paper investigates the direction of arrival (DOA) estimation of coherent signals with a moving coprime array (MCA). Spatial smoothing techniques are often used to deal with the covariance matrix of coherent signals, but they cannot be used in sparse

Multiple autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) have gradually become the trend in underwater operations. Identifying and detecting these new underwater multi-targets is difficult when studying underwater moving targets. A 28-element transducer is used to

Detection of underwater coherent interference is necessary as its presence affects the estimation of the desired target. In this work, a method based on high-order particle velocity gradient polarization characteristics is proposed to distinguish the ...
